New Jersey election law allows contributions with a limit of $2,600 per election from individuals and corporations, except those industries regulated by the State of New Jersey. PAC’s may contribute $8,200 per election. A partnership, limited liability partnership or a limited liability company are not permitted to make contributions as entities. However, a contribution drawn on the account of a partnership, limited liability partnership or a limited liability company must be signed by a partner(s) or member(s) and is treated as a contribution from the partner or member who has signed the check.

Contributions are not deductible for income tax purposes.
